Welcome to the “Mentor” section of the platform! This is where you will find short videos which will help educate you in the health and fitness space. We will go over nutrition, exercise form, tips and tricks, and general information that will help you lead a limitless lifestyle! There is a lot of information out there, and it can be difficult to know what to believe! All the information that is provided in these videos is coming from resources that I have deemed to be reliable such as text books, science backed articles and the like. If ever you have a topic you would like to learn more about, feel free to reach out to me and I will add an informative video on the topic into the queue.

All videos are for entertainment purposes and you should do your own research prior to implementing the teachings. There are many varying views on some topics and the views and opinions in these videos are my own, and should be treated as such.
