Check point is a workout for you to record your stats and keep track of your progress! Do this video monthly, or even quarterly to see how you improve! We will be going through some fundamental movements and doing each one for 2 minutes. You will count your own reps for each exercise and record how many you get in the 2 minute time allowance. Keep your notes to refer back to next time you do the video, and see if you can beat your old number!
