    This is a quick HIIT workout that will be a full body burn, and really give the ol cardio system a kick in the butt!! We will be doing 10 exercises, just once each! Give it everything you've got in this one.

  • Military Style

    This workout is a bit different! You will have 2 minutes per exercise to complete a certain number of reps. Whatever time is left at the end of the 2 minutes will be your rest time! Get ready to raise your heart rate and get sweaty!
