Move - Sweat
Welcome to the "Move (Sweat)" section of the platform! Here you will find a collection of videos varying in duration, intensity, and difficulty to get your body moving! All videos will say in the description what equipment is needed to complete the workout. Workouts can still be done without the equipment listed if you get creative - example: replace dumbbells for cans of soup.
Workouts will range in difficulty, please be sure to go at your own pace and modify exercises if you need to. I will often give instructions on how to make modifications. Always feel free to make this workout your own by increasing or decreasing the difficulty level. This is YOUR workout, listen to your body and go at your own pace!
3 new "Move" videos will be uploaded every Monday at 12:00am PST.

X Marks The Spot
I thought it would be fun to mix things up a little and get creative! Grab some painters tape and put a big X on the ground. We will be working in these quadrants throughout the workout!

Muscles & Merlot
Grab 2 wine bottles and do this full body workout with me!! Working out doesn't have to be LAME! We can make it fun, hehe!
After your done the work out, crack one of these puppies open and have a glass. You earned it!

Low Impact Full Body Burn
This is a low impact full body workout!! This means there is not a bunch of jumping around. This is beginner friendly, but you will still get a kick ass workout! Complete with a short warm up and cool down, this is the perfect video when time is not on your side!

Cardio Calorie Burn
This is a quick HIIT workout that will be a full body burn, and really give the ol cardio system a kick in the butt!! We will be doing 10 exercises, just once each! Give it everything you've got in this one.

Military Style
This workout is a bit different! You will have 2 minutes per exercise to complete a certain number of reps. Whatever time is left at the end of the 2 minutes will be your rest time! Get ready to raise your heart rate and get sweaty!

Tricep Tune- Up
This circuit is dedicated to getting some sexy toned triceps!! This is a low impact workout that will leave your arms feeling strong and toned!

This is a no equipment chest workout that will be great for strengthening the pecks, and make the ladies a little perkier ( . ) ( . ) .....and who doesn't want that! hehe!
This is a beginner friendly workout that can be done anywhere at any time!

Low Impact Core Stability
This is a great core strengthener, but will also be great for recovery and mobility. I've added it to both the sweat, and recover section as it serves both purposes.
These movements will help with lower back pain, hip flexors, stabilizers and leave you feeling.... as the kids call it... "snat...

This Circuit will leave your booty feeling the burn! While we are targeting the glutes, you will also get a great burn in your quads, hamstrings, and your calves in this one!
