This is a great core strengthener, but will also be great for recovery and mobility. I've added it to both the sweat, and recover section as it serves both purposes.
These movements will help with lower back pain, hip flexors, stabilizers and leave you feeling.... as the kids call it... "snatched".
This is low impact, and all movements are done from the ground!
