    Using a Roller is a fantastic way to help relieve muscle soreness and aid in recovery. This video will target all areas of the legs as well as the back.

  • Upper Body Mobility

    This is great as a rest day routine, or a pre/post workout dynamic warm up/cool down. This is also a good routine to do if you are just looking to have more mobility throughout the upper body! Enjoy!
