Welcome to the "Move (Sweat)" section of the platform! Here you will find a collection of videos varying in duration, intensity, and difficulty to get your body moving! All videos will say in the description what equipment is needed to complete the workout. Workouts can still be done without the equipment listed if you get creative - example: replace dumbbells for cans of soup.

Workouts will range in difficulty, please be sure to go at your own pace and modify exercises if you need to. I will often give instructions on how to make modifications. Always feel free to make this workout your own by increasing or decreasing the difficulty level. This is YOUR workout, listen to your body and go at your own pace!

3 new "Move" videos will be uploaded every Monday at 12:00am PST.

  • Full Body HIIT

    Get ready to sweat!! This is a high intensity workout to get your heart rate up and keep it up! 1 Minute of work, 20 seconds of rest! Enjoy my loves!

  • Full Body Burn

    Leave no muscle group behind with this full body blast!

    Equipment: Bench/Chair, Dumbbells
    Type: Cluster (6 Clusters total)

  • Spicy Bicep/Tricep

    Leave your workout feeling strong in your biceps and triceps!

    Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Bench/Chair
    Type: Bi/Tri Superset (3 supersets - 6 exercises total)

  • Total Lower Body

    A complete lower body workout, hitting the quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings!

    Equipment Needed: None
    Type: Circuit (7 Exercises x 3 Rounds)
    45 Seconds of work with a 15 Seconds Rest

  • Booty Burn

    An amazing glute burn that includes a nice long warm up and a short cool down stretch to give you everything you need in this one video! Walk away with your booty feeling juicy and sore!
